About Electric Wire Arc Spray
In arc spraying, two electrically conductive wires are melted by an
arc. The molten droplets are atomized and projected onto a surface
prepared for coating .
Coatings produced by electric arc wire spray are very economical, and
performed using modern material and process technology. Arc spray is an
excellent solution for many applications, including metal or metal-based
coatings for wear and corrosion protection.
Arc spray offers flexible processing. Manually operated machines can process 1 to 60 kg (2 to 130
lbs.) of wire per hour.
Stationary arc spray equipment can process up to 200 kg (450 lbs) of zinc per hour
.
Parts to be coated ranging from small components, such as capacitors, to
very large structures, such as bridges. Hence, many industries can take advantage of our technology with functional coatings
applied using electric arc wire spray. |
