Sulzer Metco OSU provides their customers with mobile arc spray equipment for use on site with a maximum power of 600 amps, at 100% duty cycle.

Whether for oil platforms, bridges or parking decks: Sulzer Metco OSU delivers arc spray equipment in different capacity ranges that suit customer requirements, with units that can spray up to 60 kg (130 lbs) of zinc per hour.

Whereas zinc, zinc-aluminum, aluminum and aluminum alloys are applied in "classic"-anti corrosion applications, metal-based alloys can be applied to combat hot gas corrosion.
